My love and understanding of art and design has led me from graduation with honors in graphic design into over a decade of creative and directorial roles. My work with filmmakers, publishers, musicians, and artists continuously inspires me to further explorations in visual communication. My flexibility as a designer has led to many mutually rewarding experiences with a diverse range of clients in the USA and Europe. I work as a freelance graphic designer in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In addition to my design practice I have toured North America and Europe extensively playing drums with Scout Niblett, and recorded two albums with engineer Steve Albini. I have recorded with Will Oldham and was part of the Daniel Johnston & Friends band featuring Jad Fair (Half Japanese), Norman Blake (Teenage Fanclub), James McNew (Yo La Tengo), and Mark Linkous (Sparklehorse).
